What is the basic shipping policy of Misha Boutique ?
Our primary objective is to deliver the products to our customers in best condition and without any delay. All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping whereas the international orders are subject to shipping charges.
1. If the order is cancelled, returned after delivery or lost in transit, the entire order value would be refunded to the customer from our end.
2. If any order is reverse shipped to us from customer’s end, the shipment charge will be refunded to the customer through bank transfer.
3. Orders that would violate our fair usage policy, would be refrained from enjoying the facility of COD for further orders.
The fair usage policy of Misha Boutique
It has always been our honest endeavor to cater to our customers in a flawless manner. However, it has been observed from our end that there are accounts that take undue advantage of our liberal return policies. These customer accounts return most the purchases done and sometimes refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery which in turn deprives many of our customers from getting the products on time. The COD facility will be barred for accounts with high percentage of return and delivery refusal in order to protect the rights of regular customers. Moreover, the free shipment facility will be removed for customer accounts abusing our return policy.
For Prepaid Order: We charge a fee of Rs. 45 or Rs. 50, Depending on your location. Prepaid shipping is Free for orders over Rs.500!
For COD Order: We charge a shipping fee of Rs. 80 on orders below Rs.500 and above Rs.500 the above Rs.500 the COD shipping is Rs.45
Order Processing:
We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your will be sent to our delivery partners within 1-2 business days. Our Business days are Monday-Saturday.
Return Charges:
We always try to bring you quality but if in some unusual scenarios you want to return them. ‘Cutesy And Minis’ will hold the decision to grant the return or not and also the customer will have to take care of the return charges in that case
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin-codes, we try to deliver them within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason- it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner
